Nithiin got engaged to his sweetheart Shalini Kandukuri in 2020. Nithin’s name includes an additional I in it and is spelled Nithiin. Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde as well as Chinnadana Nee Kosam were both produced by his father when he became a producer.
